香港:香港01员工指因批评公司派品质成疑的口罩及在家工作政策被解雇

“《香港01》员工投诉 因于 FB 批评公司派救救口罩及 home office 政策被解雇”, 2020年2月12日

武汉肺炎肆虐,不少公司都容许员工在家工作(home office),减少感染风险。不过网媒《香港 01》一名员工向本网透露… 他曾于个人 FB 发文,不满公司派「救救口罩」,又不批准一般员工在家工作… 被公司解雇。他质疑公司妨碍他言论自由,将会向劳工处求助。

《立场新闻》… 致电《香港 01》副行政总裁苏晓婷追问事件,苏晓婷仅称「开紧会」、「有咩搵 HR」后挂断电话。记者另致电处理人力资源的首席商业总监梁乐怡,她称要转交其他同事稍后回应。

本网另电邮予《香港01》、苏晓婷、梁乐怡要求解释,目前尚待回覆。

在《香港 01》任职商业创意部经理的黄先生,曾经在 2 月 1 日于个人 Facebook 帐户发文… 不点名批评《01》向员工派发品质成疑的「救救口罩」。他又质疑公司只容许曾到大陆、有病征,或接触过病患者的员工申请在家工作,其他同事担心受感染只能自行申请年假,「问渠点解唔可以Home Office,渠竟然答你会对其他要返公司慨部门好唔公平」。

黄先生… 接受《立场新闻》访问时透露,事后《香港01》副行政总裁苏晓婷曾经将其帖文截图,并追问该文是否由黄发表… 苏晓婷向黄先生发出解雇信,要求他立即离开办公室,并表明是因为该FB 帖文而解雇他。

据黄先生称,苏晓婷又当场指控其帖文失实,但黄则强调发文当日(2月1日)他描述的公司政策无误,只是数日后《01》放宽了政策,容许各部门主管自行决定让员工在家工作…
