大型时装品牌H&M员工反映公司单方面修改守则,限制员工在社交媒体发表言论,若公司认为违反指引或损害商誉,会解雇或终止雇用合约,并列明上班衣饰不可加入于性别、种族、宗教、政治或其他范畴的个人意见,「管理层全权酌情决定」是否不可接受。工会批评有关做法是制造「白色恐怖」,践踏《基本法》赋予的言论自由,H&M回覆证实有更新员工手册,但相信有关问题源于沟通上的误会…
