… 包容发展国际与全球265个公民社会组织共同呼吁中国政府确保与新型冠状病毒疫情相关的财政援助只发放予符合旨在保护人民和环境的严格标准的高质量海外投资项目。

组织敦促中国不要支援在新冠疫情爆发前已陷入环境,社会,生态多样性,气候或财政风险的项目。

2020年2月,中国商务部和中国开发银行共同发布通告,制定机制将资金引导至受新冠疫情影响的一带一路项目。
