Climat : Le plus difficile commence

La COP22 s'ouvre ce lundi à Marrakech. Si elle n'aura pas le même écho que le sommet mondial sur le climat qui s'est tenu à Paris l'an dernier, cette 22ème conférence des Parties revêt un enjeu primordial. Les modalités d'application de l'Accord de Paris devront être négociées. Le financement de la lutte contre les effets des changements climatiques dans les pays en développement devra être bouclé. Sans avancées concrètes sur ces deux points, c'est la crédibilité de l'Accord de Paris, entré en vigueur le 4 novembre, qui sera profondément remise en question...
