Hello,

This work was carried out by a licensed contractor who won a tender published by the Israel Electric Corporation LTD (IEC) for excavation work, needed to lay electrical infrastructure.
The unfortunate case is currently under investigation by state authorities, and therefore IEC cannot comment to the event itself.
The IEC expresses its sincere condolence to the victims' families.
