Can you confirm whether the facility linked to the allegation is within your supply chain?

This factory is not from our supply chain since October 2024, based on a commercial decision taken by our partner TSA BANGLADESH. We didn’t have a relevant share of production on this factory.

How are you ensuring that your purchasing practices, particularly order volumes and prices, in relation to the closure of Disney Sweater, meet the standard required to protect workers rights and livelihoods?

[...]

In the case of the factory in question, as answered previously, it is not part of our supply chain since 2024. In the last audit their result was B. Upon contact with our supplier TSA BANGLADESH about their management on the supply chain, they mentioned in October 2024 that would no longer work with them for us. As per our contract with all our suppliers, supplier must have constant monitoring about social and environmental on the factories they are responsible for and they should be open to receive audits, as explained, as the base of our program.

We request more information on the allegation, including what your company has done to investigate it and ensure remedy for workers.

As mentioned in the first and second questions, this factory is not a part of our supply chain since October 2024 and we didn’t have a relevant share on their production. As base of our program, we do not follow up factories that are not part of our supply chain.
