8 hours of overtime are cut from the overtime that they worked from March 1 to 4. The workers report[ed] the issue to the labor office and there[was no resolve] although they came to address the disputes.

“They initially said they would cut only for 4 hours but later it changed to 8 hours again.”...

“We thought the problems will be solved after the Hlaing Thar Yar Labor Office’s officials came. But we still suffer. We only get paid daily wages. Actually, we should get overtime wages on Sunday. We already worked like that for 3 days and I can’t believe that the labor office is ignoring this,” said the worker.

The manager women intimidated...workers [and said those] who don’t work substitute days will not be given overtime wages and their daily wages and attendance bonus will be cut.

The workers also need to take a ticket to use the restroom. Each machine lines are given only 2 rest room tickets...
