The second criminal Court of Appeals of Managua (TAM), confirmed the sentence issued at the end of 2016 against twelve people, ten of them workers, for damages to the detriment of the police and the Korean company Sae A Technotex on June 27, 2016. The National Confederation of Free Zone Workers announced that they will appeal to the Supreme Court of Justice (CSJ). The workers lawyer said that with the support of an international organization they met with the company Sae A Technotex where they knew that the businessmen have asked the government to remove the charges against the twelve sentenced without a response of the authorities yet.
