[PDF] 这样是不公平的:苹果供应商昌硕恶劣劳工条件依然存在

中国劳工观察相信,如果苹果对它所有的供应商采用如下标准,它会在改善劳工条件方面取得重大进步:

· 为工人购置的社会保险金额对工人应该透明化,显示在他们的工资单上,并且工人可向公司查询;
· 公司应该购置所有法律规定的保险,包括住房公积金;
· 限制各个工厂临时雇工或派遣工的数目,不超过其总劳动力的10%;
· 不可强制工人在无薪酬条件下工作;
· 基本工资应该增加到显著高于本地最低工资的水平,如此,工人们就不至于以来加班工作以谋生;
· 工人的住宿条件应该更加卫生而且宽敞;
· 岗前安全培训应该按照法律规定至少持续24小时,而且工人们应该被详尽告知他们在岗位中可能接触的化学物质和危险品,并了解如何降低健康风险;
· 所有工人都应被配备合适的防护措施,并被上班之前教导如何正确使用;
· 工业生产过程应经过适当调整,允许工人有机会在工作时变换姿势——或站、或坐、或倚靠墙壁;
· 保证工人们享有法律规定的岗前、在职和离职前体检。工厂应为此支付全部费用;
· 让工人选举能够真正代表工人利益的基层工会代表人。
