"Our rules are designed to help keep our community safe on our apps, especially those who often feel unsafe or marginalized offline. We don’t allow hate speech based on people’s sexual orientation or gender identity, blackmail or extortion, or content that outs people as members of the LGBTQ+ community.
We’re always working to improve our enforcement, including in Arabic, and we’ve been in touch directly with Human Rights Watch about its report. We also have specific resources dedicated to LGBTQ+ users and communities; more information is available at: LGBTQ+ safety"
