Business and Human Rights Resource Centre invited Unison Marine Corporation, the management and agency company of the Unison Jasper, to respond to the allegations of mistreatment and underpayment of the crew of the vessel, as well as on the alleged forced extension of contracts. Unison Marine did not respond.
