ZhengHeng Group response re being listed in a sanction list of alleged involvement in forced labour scheme

ZhengHeng Group expresses absolute shock in the UK Sanction List dated December 8, 2023. ZhengHeng Group would like to state our non-involvement in the alleged activities and we will spare every ounce of effort to work with the relevant authorities to clarify this matter, and seek removal from the Sanction List.

We believed that this was the result of several erroneous publications that were made previously by private publications to which we had chosen to ignore due to their questionable motivations.

ZhengHeng Group remains committed to the development of sustainable real estate projects in the Kingdom of Cambodia and will continue to seek cooperations with landowners. We will continue to fulfill our corporate, environment and social responsibilities.
