Israeli companies allegedly continue to supply Saudi Arabia with surveillance technologies to use against activists & opponents

An Israeli newspaper revealed that the Israeli occupation continues to provide the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with spy devices on activists and opponents, even after the assassination of writer Jamal Khashoggi.

Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper confirmed, in its editorial, written by military and security analyst Ronen Bergman, that the Israeli Ministry of Defense “has granted licenses to Israeli companies working in the field of offensive cyber, in order to sell spy devices to Saudi Arabia since 2017, and continued to grant them even after it was found that they were used.” to hack the phones of human rights activists and opposition, even after the assassination of journalist Jamal Khashoggi.”

It further stated that “until recently, Saudi Arabia was classified as an enemy, entry to Saudi is prohibited for Israelis and constitutes a serious criminal offense that is usually dealt with strictly by the Israeli police and the security apparatus.
