千余矿工游行抗议,黑龙江省长改口承认欠薪

…黑龙江省省长陆昊说,虽然政府在试图重组低迷的产业,但矿工们仍按时拿到了工资,他的这番话受到示威者的谴责。据一个跟踪中国各地社会动荡情况的网站上的图片,示威者打出的横幅上写道:“我们要活着我们要吃饭”。还有的横幅上写着:“陆昊睁眼说瞎话”。

周六,陆昊在北京罕见地突然公开改变说法,全国的官员们那时正在那里开全国人民代表大会的年度会议…陆昊几天前还把国有龙煤集团作为转型做得好的例子…根据网上的图片和报道,以及居民发的短信,上千名矿工和他们在黑龙江双鸭山市的一家子公司的支持者们上周走上了街头。

在周六晚些时候出现的评论里,陆昊承认,龙煤集团拖欠了工人的工资,他拐弯抹角地把他此前做的错误陈述归咎于他的下属…说,“我们要深刻吸取掌握、报告情况信息不准确的教训。”“尊重职工合理诉求,减少误解,”他说,“(如果)再次发生重要信息报告不真实的情况要严肃处理。”

但陆昊还表示,不景气国有企业的削减工作仍需继续进行下去,这是中国政府遏制工业、矿业过剩产能的一个部分…
