一些大国在非洲大量的购买农业用地对相关地区的发展和粮食安全构成威胁……由于这些国家日益挑战非洲的土地所有权,当地农民得到的土地随即又被夺走……杨浩民是中国省级企业陕西农垦集团公司(Shaanxi Farm Agribusiness Corporation)的总经理,他在2015年12月首次踏上喀麦隆的土地……四年后的2019年,中国在喀麦隆购买土地的总面积已达到约12.5万公顷。
