Management System for Quality of Private Security Company Operations - Requirements with Guidance

This Standard provides...auditable criteria for quality assurance of Private Security Company (PSC) operations and services, consistent with pertinent legal and human rights obligations and good practices related to operations of private security service providers in conditions where governance and the rule of law has been undermined by conflict or disaster. The Standard will enable PSC's to demonstrate their operations and services are consistent with the principles of the Montreux Document...and the "International Code of Conduct for Private Security Service Providers" (ICoC). The auditable requirements are based on the ISO Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) model for management system standards used for third-party certification.
