Metinvest Group extends social programs [Ukraine]

The Metinvest Group and the Kryvyi Rih City Council have agreed to cooperate systematically and join their efforts to address local social challenges. The agreement, which is a part of the new social policy of Metinvest, spells out the mutual obligations of the company and city government to ensure better conditions for local development and create a comfortable environment for people and business. The development of city infrastructure, health and safety, education, sports, environmental protection...are to see major investment as part of the agreement. In 2012 Metinvest will invest approximately UAH 40 million in the region, or nearly double what they spent in 2011.
