US religious prejudice and discrimination forces two European shipping companies [Norwegian company Jo Tankers, Dutch company B&N Moerman] to sack crews - Odfjell said ships employing seafarers with common Islamic-sounding names have been subjected to prolonged searches [in USA]...Shipping unions are angry at what they see as racism and discrimination, with one International Transport Workers' Federation inspector accusing the US of putting security before human rights.
