NAACP accuses ADEM of bias in air pollution permit in Phenix city [USA]

The NAACP has accused the Alabama Department of Environmental Management of racial bias for allowing a Phenix City company [Continental Carbon Company] to continue releasing tons of air pollutants near predominantly black neighborhoods in the area.
