Naming and shaming polluters [China]

Sohu (one of the most popular Internet portals in China) and the Institute of Public and Environmental Affairs launched a Green Responsibility List of Chinese Enterprises this week. The initiative plans to name on its website one enterprise every day that violates the law with respect to the environment. APP [Asia Pulp & Paper (part of Sinar Mas)] was the first enterprise named.
