Once again, Wal-Mart is reprimanded by a labour tribunal [Canada]

In a decision dated February 24, 2005, the Québec Labour Relations Board found Wal-Mart guilty of trying to interfere with the formation of a union at its Ste-Foy store... [and] ordered Wal-Mart to cease intimidating and harassing its employees who are in favour of having a union.
