• The report of the fourth session of the open-ended intergovernmental working group on transnational corporations and other business enterprises with respect to human rights, as adopted ad referendum on 19 October 2018...(see A/HRC/40/48) contains an invitation for States and other relevant stakeholders to submit their comments and proposals on the draft legally binding instrument no later than the end of February 2019 (A/HRC/40/48, para 91 (a)).
