Nestle S.A. and Nestle Japan Ltd. are violating...provisions of the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises [relating to Employment and Industrial Relations, Disclosure]... The rights of employees are not respected in Nestle Japan...Unfair dismissal of union officers... The management is mobilizing a large number of non-union employees to surround and threaten union members in violation of their human rights and other forms of attacks against the union at Shimada Plants and attacks on union members at Himeji Plant.
