[This is] an update on progress towards creating an oversight mechanism for the International Code of Conduct for Private Security Service Providers (ICoC)…[T]he Temporary Steering Committee (TSC) has continued to work towards a second draft charter for the oversight mechanism...The TSC is preparing a second draft charter which will be released in mid-January 2013. The TSC will then convene a drafting conference in the Lake Geneva region…[from] 19… [to] 22 February [2013]. The aim of the drafting conference will be to achieve a consensus among participating stakeholders on the final text of the charter for the oversight mechanism.
