...At Teck the pursuit of sustainability guides our approach to business, and is one of our core values of our company...As indicated in the letter sent to the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre by Antamina, in both incidents mentioned in the article, which occured in 2012 and 2017 respectively, the company responded quickly to contain the spill and notify the community as well as to ensure that adequate clean up and remediation actions were in place...
