Sexual harassment rampant on THAI

Sexual harassment of female flight attendants by passengers is rampant on Thai Airways flights and the airline has done little to stop it, according to a research paper from Thammasat University...[All] women interviewed said they had been sexually harassed or assaulted at work and most felt helpless to prevent it happening again... THAI yesterday acknowledged the problem, but said the airline cannot take action in most cases because of the lack of clear legal guidelines. The airline added that blatant sexual assaults rarely occur.
