A Czech state attorney has charged 13 members of the former "commando" of the CEZ power company who are suspected of the use of coarse methods in exacting debts for illegal power consumption…The accusations included blackmail and unauthorised entry on private land…The district state attorney's office halted prosecution of the 13 CEZ workers...but the regional state attorney's office returned the case to it…"We still insist on that our workers have committed no crime…," CEZ spokesman...[said]…The Association of citizens blackmailed by an armed commando accuses CEZ of blackmail, fraud, forcible entry into a dwelling, infringment of others' rights…unauthorised handling of personal data…CEZ has allegedly committed these offences by cutting off customers from power and demanding fictitious sums for unauthorised consumption without proving it.
