"Swingers club webmaster arrested for child sex", 29 September 2019

Crime Suppression Division police...arrested the administrator of a swingers website for sexually abusing an underage girl and posting a clip of sexual acts in exchange for payment from website members.

...Nonthakorn Kitiphakorn, 29, was apprehended...for sexually abusing a girl not over 15 years old.

According to police, he allegedly lured the girl into having sex with him and used a hidden video camera to record the sexual acts before posting the clip on the website for ''VIP'' subscribers who paid monthly and annual rates ranging between 150-1,000 baht.
