The Business & Human Rights Resource Centre is at a critical point in its development. Our digital platform is home to a wealth of information on business and human rights, but hasn’t had a visual refresh for a number of years.

Tongaat Hulett regrets the death of one of its employees during labour unrest...at the Mafambisse sugar factory in Mozambique...As regrettable as the incident is, it should be noted that at the time of incident the situation was under the jurisdiction and control of the local police.
