Mali has introduced travel passes for children to prevent them being trafficked to work illegally in neighbouring West African countries, the government said on Thursday. Children from Mali and Burkina Faso are at the centre of an international outcry over their employment as labourers on cocoa and cotton plantations in Ivory Coast.
