The Kuapa Kokoo community in Ghana has grown considerably since it began...Nicholas Adjei-Gyan explains how The Co-operative/ Fairtrade relationship has helped the community, which now consists of 1,200 societies comprising of about 45,000 farmers all over the cocoa growing regions.
