It provides a practical overview of existing standards, tools, and guidelines to support due diligence, with a focus on the garment and textile industries. The document identifies key areas where more detailed guidelines are needed, both for the sector and to inform the broader CSDDD guidelines.

The paper points out the necessity for coherence among various essential elements that contribute to meeting due diligence responsibilities and underscores the importance of cooperation between different parties involved.
