Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Otsuka) has entered into a cooperation agreement on heat illness prevention with the Environmental Restoration and Conservation Agency (ERCA), an independent administrative agency responsible for environmental policies under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of the Environment and others. The agreement was finalized on March 21 and marks the first time ERCA has entered into such a cooperation agreement with a private company.
