On 15 April 2025, the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Amazon to respond to allegations in recent reports that raise concerns relating to the company’s potential complicity in mass surveillance and genocide of the Palestinian people in the context of Israel's war on Gaza. We also invited Amazon to respond to questions on steps taken to address grave human rights and humanitarian law violations. The company did not respond.
