Argentina: Lition Energy allegedly consulted with only one of the two communities directly impacted by the Agonic Mine

Gobierno de Salta

Communities allege that the mining company Lition Energy, part of Pan American Energy, "obtained a permit to explore for the mineral at its Agonic Mine [Argentina] in 2023 after consulting with only one of the two communities directly impacted" by it.

We invited Lition Energy and Pan American Energy to comment on the allegations, but neither of them responded.
