EEOC: Rape claim has merit [USA]

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has added more weight to a 22-year-old woman's claim that she was sexually harassed and raped while working as a bartender at Texas Land & Cattle Steakhouse [part of Lone Star Steakhouse] in Albuquerque...
