Response from Fruit of the Loom to allegations of child labour in its supply chain

Thank you for contacting us regarding this very important matter. In response, please review our Statement regarding the situation. Renfro Brands was the owner of the facility in question and a former licensee for Fruit of the Loom socks. However, the contract with Renfro was terminated at the end of 2022, and Renfro is no longer making any of our products. Even so, we are in contact with them to ensure that a thorough audit is conducted with respect to the allegations of child labor, which would be a clear violation of the terms of Fruit of the Loom, Inc.’s Code of Conduct. That process is ongoing. Please let me know if you have additional questions.
