Italy: Report says lack of strategic supply-chain policies in tomato industry contributes to labour exploitation & unsustainability; includes comments from supermarkets

"Squeezed Dry: The Crisis in the Tomato Industry Between Exploitation and Unsustainability", a report published by Terra analyses individual supply chains links in the Italian tomato industry in order to trace the causes of labour exploitation at the same time as study the environmental and social sustainability of the sector.
