"Federation records 25 violations of workers' rights in 5 days," 18 May 2020

The General Federation of Oman Workers has recorded 25 reports of violations of workers' rights within a span of 5 days.

According to the federation, the reports included deduction of wages, forcing workers to go on unpaid leave, deduction of leaves for quarantine periods from annual leave, and notifications of termination of service.

According to the data shared by the federation, in the period from May 10 to 14, 2020, 25 reports of various violations were monitored.
