On behalf of the International Code of Conduct for Private Security Service Providers...Temporary Steering Committee...I am pleased to announce that participants in the ICoC drafting conference held in Montreux, Switzerland between 19 and 22 February 2013 reached agreement on the text of a charter document for a new ICoC Association to provide independent governance and oversight in accordance with the Code. The purpose of this communication is to invite all ICoC stakeholders to review this charter document and...to indicate their readiness to endorse the document by 17 March 2013.
