REDLattice did not respond to regarding Graphite spyware use in the USA

On 30 October 2025, the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited REDLattice (which reportedly acquired Paragon Solutions to respond to concerns that allowing the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency to use Graphite spyware “threatens Americans’ freedom of movement and freedom of speech.” Additional human rights concerns have been raised given that the company’s sale of the tool may be used to monitor immigrants, people of color, or critics of the government, which would infringe on freedom of movement, speech, and protection from discrimination. REDLattice did not respond.
