... The meetings held by the government did not have the level of transparency or inclusiveness required to be called a true multi-stakeholder consultation. In addition, though we recognise some efforts on the part of the government, the setting of topics for the meetings were done by the government in a unilateral matter, and failed to adequately address the broad range of adverse human rights impacts by businesses. ...
