GIRCA - Gypsy International Recognition and Compensation Action

The legal action against IBM has been lodged by GIRCA in front of the Geneva First Instance Court on January 31st, 2002.

Its goal is to make Swiss Courts recognize the complicity of IBM with the crimes against humanity committed between 1933 and 1945.
