Sipiriano Baluma (or Sepriano Baluma) is an Ugandan land rights defender and a member of a community that alleges to be illegally and violently evicted. On 15th July 2021 his house was burnt by workers of Great Seasons SMC in Kiryandongo district. He was previously arrested in June.
