On 21 April 2020, an anonymous telegram channel "Secrets of the MP" posted a phone number of Vitaliy Shabunin, the founder of Anti-Corruption Action Centre, accusing him of embezzling international aid. Anti-Corruption Action Centre is a non-profit civil society organisation consisting of experts from the legal, media and civic-political sectors which fights corruption in Ukraine. Vitaliy is a prominent anti-corruption activist in Ukraine and businesses are involved in most of the cases he works on.
