Anima Holding S.p.A.'s response to report by Just Finance International on alleged human rights abuses in Kingfisher project area

Currently, Anima SGR does not have a strategy to exclude oil companies altogether, except for our products pursuant to art. 9 of EU Regulation 2019/2088 SFDR, products classified as Paris-Aligned Benchmarks – PAB (Sistema Esalogo funds with an open placement window effective as of 21/5/2025), and for the minimum declared quota of "sustainable investments" for products pursuant to art. 8 of EU Regulation 2019/2088 SFDR. In any case, for the remaining portion of these products, investment is allowed as long as it does not violate the Global Compact principles mentioned above, including serious environmental and social controversies.

According to the analysis of our info provider, TotalEnergies has not so far been responsible for serious violations of the United Nations Global Compact.
