The latest report by the London School of Economics Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment, "Global trends in climate change litigation: 2022 snapshot" highlights the increase of climate change litigation against corporate actors. In addition to the fossil fuels industry, these legal actions are increasingly targeting the food and agriculture, transport and finance sectors.
