Li Peng / LeaLea response re- alleged lack of commitment to recruitment fee repayment for migrant workers

LeaLea and Li Peng officially implemented the "Zero-Fee Policy" and initiated "Reimbursement Plan" since May 1, 2025.

In accordance with relevant International regulations from IOM (International Organization for Migration) & ILO (International Labour Organization), Lealea and Li Peng will reimburse the reasonable fees that were occurred legally and traceably. The relevant documentations are required to be provided for official reimbursement.

Whereas the seriousness of this issue and highly concerned by International community to corporate social responsibility, Lealea and Li Peng commit to keep strengthen the security of the health, safety and welfare of migrant workers, and fully comply with relevant international labor standards.

Lealea and Li Peng work together to promote social equity and justice, so as to fulfill the purpose of corporate social responsibility of protecting the labor rights of migrant workers.
