Thank you for reaching out and inviting us to respond to the below allegation – to confirm that New Look has no current business relationship with Modiste, with last orders received in June 2023. In total we had booked 16,000 units across the length of the relationship. We officially removed the site from our factory list in March 2025 after confirmation our supplier had also stopped working with them and completed their responsible exit process.

We have reached out to the supplier that previously used Modiste to see if they have any additional information on the allegation, however as they have also stopped working with the site, they may not be able to provide any additional details. We can of course update you when we have heard back from them.
