All Taiwan textile mills comply with the labor laws set by Taiwan government and actively cooperate with international brands on responsible recruitment of migrant workers. We are actively working with FLA and AAFA to jointly establish responsible recruitment that is more in line with international expectations…

We recognize that illegal fees incurred during the recruitment process, such as kickbacks or bribes, are a root cause of debt bondage and forced labor. We firmly oppose such practices, which may violate the anti-corruption principles of both the United Nations Covention Against Corruptions (UNCAC) and the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and try to prevent from causing broader systems of corruption.
